Village Pediatrics is open

  • Monday to Friday:                   8:30 am - 5:00 pm

  • Saturday/Sunday/Holidays:    acute care as needed

Walk-In Appointments are available all weekdays from 8:30-9:00 am. No appointment necessary! [Please limit these visits to acute issues only (i.e. sore throat, fever, rash), and set up a regular visit for chronic issues that deserve more attention.]

Scheduled Sick and Well Appointments

  • Monday to Friday:   9:30 am to 5 pm.  (Closed 12 noon to 1:30PM)
  • Saturdays:             acute visits as needed (please call the physician on by 10 AM to schedule an appointment)
  • Sundays/Holidays:  urgent visits can be arranged via the doctor on call.
  • To find the physician on call, listen to the message at our main office number (203.221.7337.)  If you feel your child has an acute illness that needs attention on a weekend or holiday, phone the doctor directly, do not leave a message on the office machine.

Our physicians strongly prefer that infants and children under 5 years old schedule check-ups for the morning. This allows us ample time to cover their developmental needs and avoids the afterschool rush of older children.

We understand that it may be difficult for working parents to bring their child in for a daytime check-up. If you are a full time working parent in need of an evening appointment, please call the office and we will try to work out a convenient time for you.

As a courtesy, our office will confirm all physical exam appointments approximately 24-48 hours in advance.

Appointments Policy

Your time is as valuable as ours. We do our utmost to avoid overbooking and extended waits in our office. To help us schedule our time best, please advise the receptionist when booking an appointment of the number of issues you would like to discuss and whether any siblings will also need our attention. This will allow us ample time to attend to your needs. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel a physical exam appointment or you will be assessed a missed appointment fee.
