Pediatrician Weston, CT
About Us
Searching for a trusted pediatrician serving Weston, CT? Welcome to Village Pediatrics, caring for families across Fairfield County, including Westport, Norwalk, Weston, Easton, and Southport. We see patients from birth all the way through college, and we've shaped the practice around how families actually live: guaranteed same-day appointments when a child is sick, walk-in hours every weekday morning and Saturday, and a pediatrician on call around the clock for emergencies.
Beyond the exam room, we offer in-house lactation support, a weekly newborn group, and a patient portal for messaging our team or scheduling your own visits. Every room in our office is themed — hot air balloons, canoes, a fish mural, a rainbow — so a trip to the pediatrician feels a little less like a trip to the doctor.

Teen Resources
Adolescence brings a different set of questions — mental health, driving, relationships, substance use, the slow shift toward independence. Our
teen resource library covers dozens of topics written for parents of adolescents and college-bound kids, so you're ready before the hard conversations, not after.
Flu Clinics
Each fall we run
flu vaccine clinics most weekends and several weekdays, most of them drive-thru so your family never has to leave the car. Connecticut provides vaccine at no cost for children 6 months to 18 years, with both the standard shot and nasal spray available.
Medical Library
Our online
medical library sorts trusted pediatric information into clear categories — newborns, nutrition, behavior, safety, growth, mental health, and more — so you can find a real answer at 11pm without guessing. It's the same information our providers rely on, in plain language.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are you accepting new patients?
Join Our PracticeYes — we're always welcoming new patients. If your child is coming from another practice, ask their current office to send records ahead of your first well visit; it gives our doctors time to prepare and helps keep your appointment on schedule.
How do I make an appointment?
Schedule ApptCall our office to schedule — all visits are by appointment, and we ask that you arrive about 10 minutes early to handle paperwork or insurance updates. If you need to cancel, just let us know as soon as you can so we can offer that time to another family.
How do we reach a doctor after hours?
After HoursA pediatrician is on call 24 hours a day for emergencies — call our office number and you'll be connected. For anything life-threatening, call 911 first. Routine needs like prescription refills and referrals are handled during office hours through the patient portal.
Our Pediatricians
Our clinical team includes physicians Nikki Gorman, Stephen Grevious, Ashish Risal, and Neysa McDonald, alongside physician assistants Pam Fanning and Maria Bernardi. In 2026, Drs. Gorman, Grevious, and McDonald were each named Castle Connolly Top Doctors, a distinction given to roughly 7% of U.S. physicians based on nominations from their peers.
What families mention most isn't a credential, though — it's the way our providers listen. Whichever doctor your child sees, you'll find the same patience with first-time parents, the same willingness to explain rather than rush, and the same follow-through after a hard visit.
